TRUTH: Australian Hunters Listen Up

On December 14th, 2020, the Victorian Government in Australia will close its feedback period on the update to the 1986 POCTA (Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act). There are 12 proposals on the table requesting feedback on, some of which will have significant impacts on hunters and hunting in the future (including possibly impacting your kids ability to hunt one day). Australian hunters need to pay attention. Your voice needs to be heard, but I would proffer that you do it in a very respectful, thoughtful manner. Yelling and shouting will get us nowhere; however, dialogue laced with thoughtful viewpoints, reasoning, and respectful rhetoric will reach the ears we need them to reach. So here’s the #truth …
