Julia Poplawsky is a non-hunter, but can describe hunting because she has been around it her whole life. You see Julia is a butcher, a very skilled, highly trained butcher. She understands meat, where it comes from, and the importance of handling, cutting, and the ethics and respect that comes from that meat, especially as it translates to food on someones plate. Through that lens, Julia can talk about hunting. This is Julia’s story.
