Composure is a trait forged through discipline. Composure in the face of hunting. Composure in the face of war. It marks a similarity across disciplines forged with bonds unfathomable unless lived.

A Purple Heart and combat-decorated veteran
Craig Corsi is a Purple Heart and combat-decorated veteran of the US Marine Corps who retired last year. He completed his career as the Company First Sergeant of Force Reconnaissance Company, 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion. Craig served multiple tours overseas including Iraq and Afghanistan, as well as a drill instructor at MCRD Parris Island. He’s a patriot whose love for all things American is now being infused into his Veteran-owned outfitting business in the Maine north woods.

His pride in his flag, his country, and the values instilled in him as a serviceman are now being dedicated to the hunting lifestyle, wildlife, and the sustainable management of the species that he hunts. Craig is firmly planting his two feet in a passion that from a young age was embedded in his blood by his father growing up, and now his father is shoulder-to-shoulder with him in the outfitting business.
Craig is constantly on the move
Craig, his family, wife, and daughters operate Grove Hill Outfitters out of Brownville, Maine. When Craig says it’s a 24 / 7 operation, he’s not kidding. With his exotic game ranch and bear hunting sites scattered around the county, Craig is constantly on the move. But he knows that his family is right by his side as they manage the sustainable harvest of animals, using Quality Deer Management principles, and perpetuate the opportunity for many more clients in the future
